Master Licensed Plumber
About The Position
Masters Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Indy is expanding its plumbing division and is hiring a Licensed Master Plumber to help lead its growth. The role offers the opportunity to train and mentor developing plumbers, collaborate with crews in other trades, coordinate with local officials, and ensure quality workmanship and timely project delivery. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with customers and crews and uphold high standards for safety, quality, and training. Work takes place in residential homes, commercial buildings, and outdoor sites in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role may require on-call availability for emergency repairs and occasional overtime.
Requirements
- Master Plumber certification or license.
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience managing plumbing projects and coordinating with other trades.
- Strong communication skills with customers and crews.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and training others.
