About The Position

Masters Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Indy is expanding its plumbing division and is seeking a Licensed Master Plumber to help lead the division’s growth. The role offers the opportunity to grow a career, earn competitive pay and incentives, and help train and mentor developing plumbers. The plumber will collaborate with crews in other trades, coordinate with local officials, and help ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.

The position involves work in residential homes, commercial buildings, and outdoor sites, in all weather conditions. The plumber must be available on-call for emergency repairs as needed, and occasional overtime may be required. The position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Requirements

• Master Plumber certification or license.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience managing plumbing projects and coordinating with other trades.
• Strong communication skills for working with customers and crews.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and training others.

Responsibilities

• Help train and mentor the next generation of plumbers as the department grows.
• Work with crews in other trades to meet project goals and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with local officials.
• Ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.
• Manage plumbing projects and coordinate with other trades.
• Respond to emergency repair needs while on call.
