About The Position

This position will be based out of our Dale County Clinic in Ozark, Al. The role involves serving as the team leader and providing services to families involved in the In-Home Intervention (IHI) project. Responsibilities include evaluating referrals, assisting with and performing interviews, planning services, and serving as a liaison for IHI Project families with community agencies and the public. The therapist will be responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and performing designated documentation in client records according to standards, and providing crisis intervention and/or conflict resolution. Some travel may be required within the 5 county catchment area.

Requirements

A Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field is required
One year post master supervised experience in a direct service area.
Must be willing to attend Child and Adolescent Case Management and In-Home Intervention training
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Must have a good MVR
Must meet insurability requirements to drive a system vehicle (21 years of age).
