Join Professional Services Group (PSG) - a trusted, community-based mental health organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families through dynamic, culturally responsive programming. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled In-Home Therapist to provide therapeutic support to youth and their families through the Intensive In-Home Services (IIHS) program. This role focuses on maintaining the placement of children in their homes, strengthening family relationships, and fostering long-term stability through intensive, family-centered therapy.

Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required
Eligible for state licensure or in the process of obtaining licensure ( LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred)
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and provide culturally responsive care

Responsibilities

Provide individual and family therapy within clients' homes and community settings
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress toward goals
Support youth and families in addressing mental health, family dynamics, parenting, and substance use challenges
Advocate for clients in crisis and coordinate care with service providers and community partners
Attend court hearings, team meetings, and staffing sessions as needed
Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and progress summaries in alignment with program standards
Safely transport clients when necessary
