About The Position

The Master Level Clinician plays a critical role in delivering high-quality mental health services to diverse client populations across the United States. This position involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health. The clinician collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure holistic care and continuity of services. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to promote client safety and confidentiality. Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent in the United States.
• Minimum of two years of post-master’s clinical experience providing direct mental health services.
• Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in clinical practice.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills daily to accurately identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• Therapeutic skills, including active listening, empathy, and application of evidence-based interventions, are essential for facilitating client progress and building trust.
• Collaboration and communication skills are critical when working with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care and advocate for clients.
• Organizational skills ensure timely and accurate documentation, which supports continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Adaptability and cultural competence enable the clinician to effectively serve diverse populations and respond to evolving client and community needs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
• Training or certification in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other specialized therapeutic approaches.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth service delivery.
• Bilingual proficiency or experience working with non-English speaking clients.
• Experience in community outreach, case management, or program development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
