About The Position

Cotler Psychology Services is seeking a Florida-licensed Master's-level clinician (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) to provide mental health services to seniors in assisted living and skilled nursing communities in the Boynton Beach, Florida area. This role offers the chance to work independently while being backed by an experienced and supportive team, with options for part-time or full-time hours. For over three decades, Cotler Psychology Services, founded by Dr. Kerry Cotler, has specialized in providing compassionate, high-quality care to the senior population across more than 160 long-term care communities in Florida. The mission is to improve the mental and emotional well-being of seniors through ethical, personalized care. Seniors in long-term care settings often face complex emotional, behavioral, and adjustment-related challenges, and this role involves offering therapy and behavioral health interventions to promote resilience, enhance mood, and support a higher quality of life. At Cotler Psychology Services, clinicians focus on providing therapy without the burden of administrative tasks or productivity targets.

Requirements

• Active license in Florida as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT (or nearing licensure)
