With the supervision of a licensed professional, the Master Level Counselor is responsible for completing required assessments, and providing individual, group, and family therapy. This role also involves coordinating and implementing behavioral programming associated with the treatment plan, training direct care staff in the behavioral management program, monitoring the overall course of treatment services, and convening treatment team meetings as scheduled or as needed. The counselor is also responsible for developing an adolescent's transition plan and for liaison with DJJ, ADM, and/or the Office of Family Safety and Preservation.
