Requirements

Strong background diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential and/or commercial plumbing systems.
Ability to explain technical problems to customers in clear, friendly terms.
Strong time management, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.
Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
Master Plumbing or Journeyman's license

Nice To Haves

Ability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
Comfort climbing ladders, working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics), and adapting to varying weather conditions.
Ability to operate mobile tablets and field diagnostic technology.
Ability to travel daily between customer job sites.

Responsibilities

Identify plumbing issues quickly and provide detailed, reliable repair solutions.
Guide clients through their options clearly so they can make confident decisions.
Conduct camera pipe inspections, clear mainlines and drains, and perform full-system repairs.
Keep job details updated on your field tablet and adhere to industry safety standards.
Keep your company service truck clean, stocked, and ready to go.
