About The Position

All-Star Automotive is hiring an experienced Master Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and solve challenging automotive problems. The position is based in Columbia, Missouri, and is full-time and in person. The shop offers guaranteed hours, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and a climate-controlled work environment with modern equipment and technology. Compensation is $30–$50+ flat rate, with a stated annual pay range of $62,000–$104,000 and an opportunity to earn more than $100,000. An employment sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is offered. Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Professional shop experience.
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong electrical, drivability, and mechanical knowledge.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to commute to Columbia, MO 65201.

Nice To Haves

• ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
• MVI and/or ASE certifications are preferred.
