About The Position
Buckeye Complete Auto Care is hiring a Master Automotive Service Technician in Columbus, Ohio. Compensation is $45–$55+ per hour depending on experience and certifications, with the possibility for top performers to earn $100,000 or more annually.
Requirements
- Five or more years of automotive technician experience is preferred.
- Strong diagnostic aptitude and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Must own a personal tool set standard for high-level repair work.
- Pride in precision workmanship, strong integrity, and a passion for cars.
- Drive to continuously learn, upgrade skills, and work collaboratively as a team player.
- ASE certifications are preferred, or willingness to obtain them with shop support.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and computer system issues.
- Perform high-quality vehicle repairs and routine preventive maintenance.
- Lead and teach others.
- Conduct thorough digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) and recommend necessary services.
- Use advanced diagnostic software and specialized tools effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation on all work orders.
- Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
