Requirements

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate guest requests, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
This position is physical by nature and requires candidates to meet all of the essential functions of this position.
Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours.
Valid state or national massage therapist and esthetics certification.
A practical exam is required.
Proper legal documents to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide the most luxurious massage and body treatment experiences available.
Offer all massage, body services, and facials offered by the spa, including poolside services in the summer.
Maintain cleanliness of employee and guest areas.
Ensure stocking and cleanliness of treatment rooms.
Participate in the day-to-day operations of the spa.
Customize treatments to meet guests' needs.
Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
