About The Position

Conrad Orlando is looking for a Massage Therapist to join their team. This role is responsible for creating a legacy of luxury and providing exceptional spa experiences. The resort is located on the Evermore Orlando Resort, bordering Walt Disney World, and features a tranquil spa, multiple dining outlets, and extensive meeting spaces.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
• Perform massage and body treatments according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards.
• Ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards.
• Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage.
• Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
• Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service.
