About The Position

Conrad Orlando is seeking a Male Spa Attendant to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring a clean, relaxing, and welcoming spa environment for guests. The Male Spa Attendant will interact with guests, maintain spa areas and equipment, manage supplies, monitor facility usage, process transactions, and support overall spa operations to enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize spa areas, including locker rooms, treatment spaces, and equipment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Monitor and restock spa supplies such as towels, refreshments, and other amenities.
• Observe spa activity to maintain a safe and relaxing environment and report any concerns.
• Accurately process guest payments using the point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and gift certificates/cards.
• Perform general duties and provide support to the spa team to enhance the guest experience.
