About The Position

Conrad Orlando is looking for a Female Spa Attendant to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring a clean and relaxing spa environment and delivering memorable experiences for guests. The position is part-time.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize spa areas, including locker rooms, treatment spaces, and equipment, in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor and restock towels, refreshments, and other amenities as needed.
• Observe spa activity and report any concerns to maintain a safe and relaxing environment.
• Accurately total and handle guest payments using the point-of-sale system, managing cash transactions, processing credit/debit cards, issuing change, and redeeming gift certificates/cards.
• Perform general duties and provide support to the spa team as needed to enhance the guest experience.
