Our independently owned Hand & Stone spa owners are onsite or just a message away. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you’ll join a tight-knit team where most therapists stay long-term, thriving in our supportive environment. You can choose to add in a 15 min buffer between sessions. Hand & Stone’s focus is on creating an experience that exceeds our guests’ expectations. We treat every guest & employee with respect. Requirements

• Valid Virginia Massage Therapy License (Required).
• Professional liability insurance.
• Great communication and client-focused skills.
• Reliability and a team-oriented mindset.
