About The Position

Bolt Farm Treehouse aims to help couples reconnect and strengthen their relationships through restorative experiences in beautiful, private environments. This role is part of a growing company focused on renewal and emotional transformation. The spa is a key part of the Bolt Farm experience, offering signature couples treatments in a nature-immersed Wellness Haven. The spa is expanding with a fourth treatment room and a growing client base, providing therapists with support from a Spa Attendant and Spa Concierge, allowing therapists to focus solely on their craft.

Requirements

• Active Tennessee massage therapy license in good standing.
• Availability for a fixed 4-day schedule, including at least one weekend day and holidays.
• Physical capacity for five 80-minute treatments a day, four days a week.
• Ability to work onsite in Whitwell, TN.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized massage treatments tailored to each guest's needs, preferences, and comfort level.
• Perform signature couples experiences and approved modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, aromatherapy, hot stone) within training and licensure.
• Deliver treatments exactly as written, adhering to company standards for products, music, and room settings.
• Consult with guests before each service regarding pressure, focus areas, contraindications, and desired outcomes.
• Maintain a calm and consistent presence in every session.
• Keep the treatment space spotless and fully prepared, with support from the Spa Attendant.
• Share wellness recommendations only when they genuinely serve the guest, as the Spa Concierge handles retail.
• Adhere to all Tennessee massage therapy regulations, sanitation standards, draping protocols, and Bolt Farm service standards.
