Requirements

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain active licensure and certifications required by state and industry standards.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-end spa, resort, or luxury hospitality setting preferred.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to provide personalized guest experiences.
• Commitment to ongoing education and mastery of new massage techniques and wellness trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and specialty therapies.
• Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments for relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service in a luxury spa setting.
• Ensure treatment rooms are impeccably prepared, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Uphold Forbes Travel Guide standards and spa protocols to deliver five-star experiences.
• Educate guests on post-massage care, wellness techniques, and spa products.
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines, including proper draping techniques.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and business.
