About The Position

The Concord Embassy Suites is seeking a full-time Massage Therapist to join their team. This role involves greeting guests, managing appointments, explaining spa services, and maintaining a tidy spa environment. The ideal candidate will have customer service or retail experience, some prior spa or office experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic Microsoft Office skills. Flexibility in availability and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs are also required.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience in a spa or office setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability (7-days-a-week operation).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them to their spa destination.
• Answer calls and book appointments.
