About The Position

Join Hand & Stone in Santa Margarita where consistent client demand + paid upgrades + generous gratuity give our massage therapists real earning potential—without having to build your business from scratch. Clients are ready for you – new clients are routed to new therapists first. Earn more per service with additional pay for Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Himalayan, CBD, and other upgrades. Tips and membership bonuses are included. You will be paid for your time, including sit pay when you’re not booked. Predictable demand is ensured by long-term members booked consistently. We offer flexible full-time & part-time schedules, paid sick time, paid training + CE support, and employee discounts (services, products, memberships). All supplies are provided, and sheet washing is handled for you. Rooms are well-equipped with hydraulic tables, towel/stone warmers, and adjustable music & lighting. Our busy location is next to Trader Joe’s.

Requirements

• Active CAMTC certification (required)
• Strong service mindset + professionalism
• Ability to build client relationships and retention
• 1+ year experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform Swedish + Deep Tissue (required)
• Customize sessions based on client needs
• Recommend enhancements that support client goals
• Educate clients on ongoing wellness care
• Maintain accurate treatment notes
