Our independently owned Hand & Stone spa owners are onsite or just a message away. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you’ll join a tight-knit team where most therapists stay long-term, thriving in our supportive environment. You can choose to add in a 15 min buffer between sessions. We have opportunities for Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Spa Managers and Spa Associates at all stages of their careers. Requirements

• Valid Virginia Massage Therapy License (Required).
• Professional liability insurance.
• Great communication and client-focused skills.
• Reliability and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized massages to meet client needs.
• Build client relationships for consistent care.
• Keep therapy rooms and shared spaces clean and professional.
• Team up with our front desk for smooth scheduling.
