About The Position
Join The NOW Massage Minneapolis North Loop as a Founding Massage Therapist in a brand-new, locally owned massage boutique. This is a supportive space where your craft and well-being are valued. This role offers professional growth opportunities, potentially evolving to Lead Massage Therapist and even Regional Lead Massage Therapist as new locations open. The NOW Massage aims to offer high-quality, customizable massage services in an aesthetically inspiring environment, designed as an oasis to disconnect and reconnect within.
Requirements
- Must present a license/school certificate during the interview process.
- Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities.
- Availability during prime earning potential periods including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and all massage service protocols. Requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity.
- Desire to be part of a team that has an infectious passion for health and wellness.

Responsibilities
- Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through the benefits of massage therapy.
- Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Prenatal, Sports, Stretching Techniques, etc.)
- Maintain service room to standards. All supplies are provided.
