About The Position

Spa Nordstrom provides services and products designed to promote physical and emotional well-being, including skin care and Ayurvedic treatments, hydrotherapy, massage, and hand and foot care. Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of comprehensive massage therapy.

• Proof of all required state licensing.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a thorough consultation about their individual needs.
• Provide professional massage services, including deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, sports, and pre-natal massage.
• Provide additional services, including foot soaks and refreshments.
• Suggest retail products to clients.
• Build lasting relationships with clients by following up about services, suggesting products and services, and inviting clients to upcoming events.
• Consistently seek new product knowledge to drive sales and service.
