About The Position

Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge is hiring a seasonal part-time Massage Therapist in Mountain Village, Colorado. Reporting to the Spa Manager, the Massage Therapist provides professional, friendly, and engaging service to Guests and Owners, performs a variety of massage treatments, and supports other areas of the Spa operation. The role requires a consistent weekly schedule and is not on-call. Employee housing is not available. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is unavailable. The starting hourly wage is $20.02, with treatment commission based on experience and additional factors.

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Previous experience as a licensed Massage Therapist.
• Certification from an accredited massage therapy school and current professional license(s).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve issues calmly and professionally.
• Highly responsible and reliable, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to remain focused on guest needs and maintain a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule; this is not an on-call position.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice To Haves

• Dual licensure preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service while assisting Guests and Owners with spa and hotel information.
• Perform 30-, 45-, 60-, 90-, and 120-minute massage treatments while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
• Provide personalized service by recognizing and responding to each Guest’s individual needs and expectations.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work environment; ensure equipment is sanitized and in safe working order.
• Support other Spa operations, including body treatments, product knowledge, and retail sales.
• Follow departmental, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
