We are looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort; a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. Kindred Resort is a visionary development with a mission to be the most welcoming luxury hospitality experience through extreme kindness and active excellence. Embedded in the resort experience is a passion for outdoors and creating connection between guests, employees, and community. Our goal is to spark elevated experiences that welcome all kindred spirits. We are seeking passionate, skilled, guest-focused Massage Therapists to join our opening Kindred Wellness Spa team and help shape the future of wellness at Keystone’s premier luxury property. The Massage Therapist provides exceptional bodywork, delivers best-in-class guest care, and maintains the highest standards of professionalism while working in a luxury spa environment. This role includes massage therapy, body treatments, wellness enhancements, and recovery-focused services aligned with Forbes-level service expectations.

Requirements

  • Colorado Massage Therapy License (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred; exceptional new graduates welcome
  • Strong communication, guest-service, and intuitive touch skills
  • Ability to deliver consistent luxury-level therapies
  • Availability during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
  • Passion for wellness, holistic care, and creating memorable guest experiences

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of massage modalities, including (but not limited to): Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Hot Stone, Prenatal (if certified), and custom therapeutic sessions
  • Deliver personalized, elevated services consistent with Kindred’s luxury brand standards
  • Provide recovery-based wellness services (training provided), including: Relaxation and grounding rituals, Breathwork, mindfulness, or guided sensory experiences, Advanced therapeutic enhancements and recovery-focused add-ons
  • Create a warm, nurturing, and welcoming environment for all guests
  • Maintain all sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols to the highest standard
  • Ensure proper room setup and timely treatment room turnovers
  • Recommend appropriate retail products and at-home wellness support
  • Maintain accurate treatment records and comply with Colorado DORA requirements
  • Contribute to a collaborative, positive, team-focused culture
