About The Position

Massage Heights is hiring newly licensed and seasoned massage and skincare therapists to provide customized massage and facial services. The role focuses on helping guests meet their self-care and wellness goals through therapeutic services, service enhancements, and product sales. Therapists work in a professional, safe environment with beautiful treatment rooms and a digital work environment. Full- and part-time positions are available, with 6–8-hour shifts and at least one weekend shift required. Day and night shifts are available.

Requirements

• Current state license to perform massage therapy and skincare therapy.
• Active liability insurance for both massage and skincare.
• Pass background checks.
• Ability to effectively perform full-body 50-minute massage and facial services.
• Ability to thrive in team environments.
• Excellent guest communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Customize massage and facial services for each guest.
• Perform massage enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Aromatherapy.
• Perform skincare enhancements using Microdermabrasion, High Frequency, LED Light Therapy, and Peels.
• Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage and skincare therapy.
• Build relationships with guests and help them meet their self-care goals through product sales.
