About The Position

Precision Wellness is offering a 900-hour, hands-on mentorship program for individuals aspiring to become Licensed Massage Therapists. This apprenticeship-style program, approved by the Missouri Board of Therapeutic Massage, provides a structured pathway focused on the art, science, ethics, safety, and practical application of therapeutic massage within a professional wellness setting. It is designed for serious learners committed to a comprehensive training experience that includes education, supervised practice, professional standards, client care, documentation, and personal growth. This is not a short-term or casual internship, but a guided licensure pathway.

• Ability to show up consistently.
• No previous massage experience required, but a serious commitment to learning is essential.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled classes, labs, and supervised training.
• Complete required reading, assignments, and practice hours.
• Arrive on time and prepared for all program activities.
• Follow Precision Wellness policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and hygiene standards.
• Respect guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Stay within the approved apprentice scope of practice.
• Participate in supervised clinic-style practice.
• Complete required documentation, including SOAP notes.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with instructors, peers, and clients.
• Prepare for Missouri licensure requirements and the MBLEx exam.
• Uphold Precision Wellness standards in client care and professional conduct.
