About The Position

The Massage Clinic Coordinator provides supervision, coaching, guidance, and support to massage therapy externs as they gain practical clinic experience and coordinates the activities of Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) providing services within the clinic.

Requirements

Current Oklahoma Massage Therapy license in good standing.
Professional experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).
Previous customer service experience.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Resilience, resourcefulness, adaptability, and enthusiasm.
A passion for massage therapy education and helping others succeed.

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisory, coaching, or team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors and provide accurate information about Clary Sage College and its services.
Maintain ongoing communication with the Front Desk regarding clinic appointments, including cancellations, rescheduling, and other scheduling changes.
Support massage therapy students through approved learning activities, MBLEx preparation, and coaching in the application of practical skills.
Supervise and support student externs during clinic operations, providing appropriate guidance and feedback.
Track and maintain accurate records of student externship hours to ensure completion of program requirements.
Monitor the order and assignment of client services to ensure appointments are distributed fairly and efficiently.
Assist clients who have multiple services scheduled and help coordinate a smooth transition between appointments.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of clinic treatment rooms, shower areas, and dressing rooms.
Ensure treatment rooms are consistently arranged, appropriately stocked, and prepared for the next business day.
Manage inventory for treatment rooms, back-bar supplies, and other clinic areas, including monitoring stock levels, submitting order requests, and maintaining controls to minimize waste, loss, and unauthorized use.
Receive, document, and appropriately address client comments, evaluations, compliments, concerns, and complaints.
Promptly notify management of serious concerns or dissatisfied clients.
Perform assigned opening and closing procedures.
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and service-oriented demeanor.
Respond calmly and professionally to urgent situations, promptly notifying management, campus security, emergency services, or other appropriate authorities when necessary.
Support the safe, efficient, and effective daily operation of the massage clinic.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
