About The Position
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for a Maserati Shop Foreman to lead the shop in vehicle repair and maintenance at their Napleton Mid Rivers Maserati location in St. Peters, Missouri. This role requires adherence to dealer and factory standards in a growing, fast-paced industry. The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is a large, family-owned company with over 90 years in business, affiliated with more than 25 new vehicle brands and 50+ dealerships across seven states, employing over 3,500 individuals nationwide and offering significant growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Maserati Technician experience required
- Maserati certifications required
- Shop Foreman experience
- Excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
Responsibilities
- Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
- Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
- Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
- Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers
- Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
- Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
- Maintains an organized work area
