About The Position

Lake Country Dairy is an award-winning hard Italian cheese manufacturing plant seeking operators to help produce Mascarpone and Ricotta cheese. Operators work with cheese processing, automated packaging, and sanitation systems and equipment. The role includes operating, setting up, and adjusting machines; performing quality inspections and troubleshooting; completing paperwork; and carrying out sanitation duties. The shift is 4 a.m. to 4 p.m. on a 2-2-3 rotation. The facility operates 24/7.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• No experience is necessary; training and support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate cheese processing, automated packaging, and sanitation equipment.
• Set up and adjust machines.
• Perform quality inspections.
• Troubleshoot equipment or process issues.
• Complete paperwork.
• Perform sanitation duties.
