About The Position

SeneGence is seeking a detail-oriented Marketplace Sales Coordinator to support the resale and disposition of company assets/equipment. This role will be responsible for logging, listing, and managing inventory across online marketplaces, while coordinating communication with prospective buyers and supporting the overall sales process. This position plays a key role in ensuring assets are accurately represented, efficiently listed, and successfully sold, contributing to overall cost recovery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or customer-facing roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple items and communications simultaneously
• Clear and professional written communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Excel or tracking tools
• Ability to work independently and manage follow-through

Nice To Haves

• Experience with online marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Facebook Marketplace) preferred

Responsibilities

• Catalog and log office, fulfillment, and manufacturing equipment for resale
• Create and manage listings across platforms such as eBay and Facebook Marketplace
• Maintain accurate item descriptions, photos, and pricing details based on provided guidance
• Track and respond to buyer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate communication between buyers and internal stakeholders
• Support negotiation process by relaying offers and gathering input from leadership
• Coordinate logistics for sold items, including scheduling pickups or shipments
• Maintain tracking logs of inventory status, buyer interactions, and completed sales
• Provide regular updates on listing activity, buyer interest, and sales progress
