About The Position

The Fidget Game is seeking a part-time Operations Assistant to support marketplace operations and project execution. This remote role requires approximately 20 hours per week, with a focus on dependability and the ability to manage projects independently. The role involves a split between marketplace execution tasks, such as managing Shopify listings and inventory, and project execution, including coordinating operational projects in Monday.com and data harmonization.

Requirements

• Dependability and ability to complete projects without constant supervision
• Hands-on experience with Shopify admin
• Familiarity with marketplace/e-commerce platforms (Seller Central, Walmart, etc.)
• Monday.com experience (required)
• Project coordination experience
• Strong spreadsheet skills

Nice To Haves

• As trust is built, you'll progressively take on more of the listings work.

Responsibilities

• Shopify listing updates and content uploads
• TikTok Shop and B2B portal upkeep
• Daily inventory monitoring (pre-order toggling, partial-stock handling)
• Weekly report generation
• Blog uploads
• Running and coordinating operational projects in Monday.com
• UPC/ASIN/FNSKU data harmonization
• COGS backfill work
• Portal support tasks
• Tracking and follow-ups across the operations portfolio
• Flagging issues with Amazon listings (editing is handled by an agency)
