Bloomingdale’s launched a new channel of business – our digital marketplace – in 2023 and we are seeking support to help build this business model and drive accelerated growth. This colleague will oversee the Onboarding process end to end, managing both new brand relationships and the offshore team that executes the onboarding process. They will act as a strategic thought & execution partner with the Senior Manager of Marketplace and Merchants for all aspects related to Account Management. This includes developing and executing strategies related to Marketing, Promotions and Assortment curation/rationalization of 3P brands. This colleague will act as a key point of contact for sellers to facilitate communication between internal and external partners. Lastly, this colleague will help support the Senior Manager in the Business Development pipeline. This role will be ~50% external/cross FOB and ~50% execution.
