About The Position

Hirshleifers is a destination luxury retailer offering a carefully edited selection of the world’s leading designers. Rooted in a strong in‑store experience, our ecommerce business is an extension of our merchandising vision connecting product, storytelling, and service across digital and physical touchpoints. Hirshleifers is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to support daily site execution and merchandising on Hirshleifers.com. This in‑office role works closely with leadership and the buying team and requires hands‑on access to product in-store to ensure accuracy, strong storytelling, and alignment between online and in-store merchandising.

Requirements

Shopify experience required
Strong writing, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Interest in luxury fashion and merchandising
Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, in‑office environment

Nice To Haves

3–4 years ecommerce experience preferred

Responsibilities

Publish new products and collections to Shopify using the Hirshleifers Business System
Review product images and confirm materials, details, and fit via designer sites or in-store review
Write accurate, engaging product descriptions and titles
Assign product attributes (color, size chart, country of origin, etc.)
Publish collections on approved release dates; coordinate men’s sneaker launches
Assign cross-sells and manage max-order quantity controls
Merchandise Shopify collections to highlight newness, priority styles, and align with in-store presentation
Partner with buying team and internal developer to resolve product setup issues
Review and resolve customer service tickets in Gorgias related to product or site issues
Conduct website testing and coordinate fixes with developers
Analyze site traffic, SEO, search, and sales performance to provide insights to buying and marketing
Benchmark competitors and recommend merchandising or content optimizations
