About The Position

Ivalua is seeking a Marketing Web Developer Intern to support the Marketing Web team’s custom WordPress and HubSpot CMS environments. Reporting to the Marketing Full Stack Developer, the intern will contribute to content management, custom component maintenance, template logic, and data-driven CMS configuration. The role supports the team’s structured content operations and ongoing CMS development.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML/CSS and understanding of semantic structure.
• WordPress content management knowledge.
• Basic PHP skills to read and modify template logic.
• JavaScript fundamentals for block behavior and module enhancements.
• Familiarity with CMS concepts such as custom fields, templates, taxonomies, and content types.
• Familiarity with structured development workflows.
• Strong attention to detail in content and data integrity.
• Technical curiosity and interest in WordPress.
• Good eye for design and UX/UI knowledge.
• Ability to follow structured development workflows.
• Comfort managing content, reading code, and ensuring quality rendering across environments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with WordPress theme development.
• Experience with HubSpot CMS and HubL.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain drag-and-drop or block-based pages across WordPress and HubSpot.
• Create, update, and validate HubSpot HubDB tables and ensure consistency.
• Assist with updates to internally developed custom WordPress blocks and theme-level files.
• Assist with developing custom HubSpot module fields, HTML/HubL/CSS templating, and structured content logic.
• Perform QA and regression testing to validate logic, template output, and responsive behavior across environments.
• Write internal documentation for modules, blocks, schemas, workflows, and update procedures.
