About The Position
Voodoo is seeking a Marketing Unity Developer to join their Growth team, specifically within the Creative Squad. This team is responsible for producing high-performing video ads to drive user acquisition. The role will focus on the game Hole.io, adapting its gameplay, visuals, environments, skins, and creative concepts to produce engaging video ads for global user acquisition campaigns. This is an opportunity to grow technical skills by prototyping and problem-solving on a major Voodoo title and develop a marketing perspective on game success.
Requirements
- Strong sense of ownership and adaptability
- Excellent Unity skills
- Interest in casual and arcade games, especially Hole.io-style gameplay
- Creative and hacker mindset
- Basic notions in 2D/3D graphics design and modeling skills, such as Photoshop or Blender
- Good level of spoken and written English

- Deeper proficiency in 2D/3D graphics design and modeling skills, such as Photoshop or Blender
Responsibilities
- Use Unity to modify and iterate on Hole.io, adapting gameplay to make it attractive and engaging for advertising campaigns
- Design custom setups, including animations, scenes, environments, skins, rebranding, and code changes for creative video production
- Record, edit, and upload Hole.io gameplay videos for global ad campaigns to be tested
- Share modified game builds and creative assets with the marketing team for testing
- Analyze ad performance and benchmark competitors to improve creative output
