We are looking for a Marketing Technology Specialist to join our team who is tech-savvy with a passion for digital channels and marketing technology solutions. If you are interested in the ever-evolving world of marketing technology and thrive on creating engaging digital content in a dynamic environment, look no further! As the Marketing Technology Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing technology strategy, managing social media and content, administering our websites, and optimizing our marketing automation systems. You will also be responsible for managing our digital channels, administering marketing technology platforms, and driving our online presence to achieve corporate and department goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma requiring 3-4 years of full-time study or have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of job-related experience in the digital media and/or marketing field.
  • Previous experience creating digital content for a variety of digital solutions.
  • Previous experience with content management and marketing automation systems and applications.
  • Previous experience monitoring and analyzing traffic to digital applications.
  • Previous experience with search engine optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing technology strategy to maximize business results through digital channels.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing technology platforms and digital trends, providing insights and recommendations for enhanced usage.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize online marketing funnels to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Contribute to the research, development and publishing of content across social media, websites, and other digital channels.
  • Support the strategic direction of the organization by publishing relevant content to digital channels while remaining in line with organizational brand and image.
  • Research consumer trends and online/digital communications effectiveness to provide recommendations for enhanced usage.
  • Work with the marketing team to enhance the content and effectiveness of the external website focusing on content and functionality while ensuring that the overall site is user friendly.
  • Administers Coastal Community’s marketing technology platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, email automation platforms, and webinar platforms.
