JMM is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to join our team. The Specialist will oversee the maintenance and optimization of the Firm's website and customer relationship management (CRM) system (DealCloud). They also will play a key role in the implementation and expansion of other firmwide marketing technology initiatives. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing technology experience required.
  • A demonstrable understanding of website analytics, SEO, AI tools, and data management best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee CRM system configuration, user access, data governance, reporting, integrations, vendor coordination, and ongoing platform enhancements.
  • Lead data-quality initiatives, including contact management, deduplication, data remediation, imports, audits, and ongoing maintenance of CRM records and marketing databases.
  • Develop and deploy training videos and materials for the CRM system to increase attorney/legal assistant engagement tracking contacts, interactions, and business development activities.
  • Evaluate legal industry website trends and recommend enhancements that keep the Firm's online presence current and competitive.
  • Stay current on evolving technologies, features, and tools, while educating attorneys and marketing professionals on best practices.
  • Manage marketing technology components related to events, email campaigns, RSVP tracking, contact segmentation, mailing lists, and campaign performance reporting.
  • Track, report on, and assess website data to create actionable business development initiatives.
  • Maintain project timelines, respond to attorney requests, and execute on initiatives discussed at stakeholders' meetings.
  • Sort and upload bulk data into CRM using Excel.
  • Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to enhance business development and branding efforts.
  • Partner with peers and the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer and assist in the development of client alerts, blog posts, social media posts, and other miscellaneous marketing tasks.
