About The Position

The Marketing Systems Specialist (MSS) focuses on the technical aspects of marketing, ensuring systems, data and tools are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years related experience, required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Maintain a team-oriented environment.
Adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment.
Exhibit excellent PC skills, including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation programs.
Display excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to perform several complex tasks simultaneously and delegate effectively.
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with branch, regional and corporate personnel, as well as the community at large.
Demonstrated judgment and decision-making ability.
Must be available to work all regularly scheduled hours.
Must be able to work overtime, as required.
Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Nice To Haves

Mortgage experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize marketing technology platforms, including CRMs, marketing automation tools and analytics dashboards.
Lead tool integrations to ensure data flow and functionality across systems.
Stay current on industry trends and recommend new tools to enhance operations.
Develop and implement best practices for using marketing technologies.
Streamline marketing workflows and processes.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marketing tools.
Generate reports on the performance of marketing technologies and campaigns.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Communicate technical issues and solutions effectively.
Other functions as needed.
