About The Position

Lovable is hiring a Marketing Strategy & Operations Lead. This role serves as the strategic right hand to the CMO and the senior operator for a global marketing organization. The successful candidate will build the planning infrastructure, AI-native systems, and strategic programs that enable a world-class marketing team to operate efficiently and make informed decisions. Lovable is at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, allowing millions of users to build software with any language. The company is growing rapidly, with Lovable-built applications and websites being visited hundreds of millions of times a month.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or management consulting, with a significant portion in operational roles at high-growth tech companies.
  • A track record of building operational infrastructure from the ground up, including systems, rhythms, and processes for globally distributed teams during scaling.
  • Deep experience running planning cycles at the company or function level, including ownership of OKRs, resource plans, and roadmaps.
  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams.
  • Experience building with AI daily and implementing AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CMO, marketing leadership team, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate high-level strategy into clear plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes for the marketing organization.
  • Own the marketing organization’s planning infrastructure end-to-end, including quarterly and annual cycles, goal-setting, milestone tracking, and resource alignment.
  • Build the reporting layer that provides the CMO and marketing leadership with real-time visibility into progress, risks, and areas requiring focus.
  • Drive and build AI-native systems and processes for managing marketing workflows at scale.
  • Build clarity and consistency across a globally distributed team working from San Francisco to Stockholm.
  • Lead high-priority, ad-hoc business initiatives that do not have an obvious owner.
