About The Position

The Marketing Strategist Lead, Consumer will be responsible for leading the consumer marketing strategy of the organization, developing and executing a go-to market plan to meet business goals. Lead strategists to ensure alignment with Consumer strategy.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
7+ years' experience in the marketing field.

Responsibilities

Lead the LOB marketing strategy of the organization, ensuring growth and meeting the organization's business goals.
Guide, nurture and support the consumer marketing team staff to encourage impactful and innovative marketing concepts and solutions for our LOB partners.
Collaborate with the content, channels and analytics teams to plan, develop and produce best in class marketing activities.
Liaise with the Bank's business units to understand and fulfill the different business needs.
Establish a framework to deliver profitable growth with the intent to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding across the lines of business.
Construct and manage a robust test and learn agenda to maximize production while driving efficiency and profitability.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and use this knowledge to inspire and guide the team.
Monitor and analyze market trends in collaboration with the team(s) to identify opportunities and programs to reach our audiences.
Develop marketing and advertising strategies that align with business goals, drives customer acquisition, and creates positive word of mouth.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with the strategic partnerships team to recommend marketing opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, sales, and marketing communications, to ensure brand consistency and maximize growth opportunities.
Cultivate and leverage consumer, competitive, and market insights through data and information analysis to create brand, product, and audience strategies across our businesses.
Help build the strategic marketing discipline that empower teams to build and grow our business.
Comply with all regulations pertaining to BSA, USA PATRIOT ACT, and OFAC. Complete annual BSA training. Report suspicions of criminal activity, or any attempt to avoid BSA reporting requirements on the part of customers or employees, to the AML/BSA Compliance Department. For supervisory positions, ensure BSA training requirements are completed by staff.
