About The Position

This job is responsible for significant contributions to the development and delivery of the overall marketing strategy for a portfolio of medium to large programs, products, and processes. Key responsibilities include using data to inform marketing program deliverables, interacting actively with multiple business partners to support priorities and project direction and using advanced logic to make complex decisions and judgements with a noticeable impact felt on functional results. Job expectations include identifying risks and opportunities and defining and delivering strategic solutions. Join the Marketing Strategy Integration team supporting the Chief Experience Office (CXO) within Wealth Management. This role plays a critical part in enabling Merrill & Private Bank advisors and client associates to grow their business and enhance the client experience. As the Program Lead for the Resource Central (SharePoint) to Seismic migration, you will drive one of the organization’s most strategic initiatives—leading end-to-end execution, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless transition to a more modern sales enablement platform.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in marketing, content management digital platforms, or advisor enablement (wealth management a plus)
  • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) required.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology and Software Development Lifecycle

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end migration program from Resource Central to Seismic, including roadmap, milestones, and delivery
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across marketing, field enablement, product, line of business partners, and technology teams
  • Track progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across Merrill and Private Bank, delivering clear executive updates
  • Partner on content migration, rollout strategy, and field readiness
  • Support change management and adoption, including training and communications
  • Define and track success metrics to ensure strong adoption and business impact
