About The Position

The Marketing Strategy & Graphic Design Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance member engagement, with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling, graphic design, and presentation development. This role ensures all communications are not only effective but visually compelling and aligned with brand standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or hospitality
  • Strong skills in graphic design and presentation development (Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience creating strategic, visually compelling decks and marketing materials
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive member engagement and retention
  • Create high-quality visual assets, including graphic design for digital and print communications
  • Lead presentation design and deck strategy for internal and external use, ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand alignment
  • Craft compelling, content-driven communications across email, web, on-campus displays, and digital platforms
  • Collaborate with our partners to support strategic initiatives and enhance the overall campus experience
  • Maintain consistent branding and elevate the visual identity of all communications
  • Support onboarding, retention, and engagement initiatives through personalized and visually engaging materials
