About The Position

The Marketing Strategy & Communications Manager is responsible for developing compelling content, growing audience engagement, and driving measurable marketing outcomes. This role combines strategic communications, social media leadership, and data-driven marketing to strengthen brand awareness, support physician recruitment, increase patient engagement, and position RANT as a trusted leader in healthcare. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, skilled storyteller, and strategic marketer who can translate complex healthcare topics into meaningful content while using data and insights to continuously improve marketing performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content strategy, growth marketing, or related fields.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience developing content for multiple audiences and communication channels.
  • Strong social media strategy and content management experience.
  • Experience using marketing analytics to drive decision-making and improve results.
  • Ability to build and optimize marketing campaigns and audience engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee content strategy across digital, print, and social channels.
  • Write and edit content including: Website copy, Physician recruitment materials, Thought leadership articles, Employee communications, Patient education materials, Presentations and marketing collateral.
  • Translate complex healthcare and radiology topics into clear, compelling messages.
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels and audiences.
  • Develop audience-specific messaging for physicians, employees, hospital partners, referring providers, patients, and prospective recruits.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
  • Position RANT physicians and leaders as trusted industry experts through thought leadership content.
  • Create content distribution plans that maximize reach and engagement across key platforms.
  • Manage editorial calendars and social content planning.
  • Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to grow audience engagement and influence.
  • Partner with physicians and executives to amplify expertise, achievements, and organizational initiatives.
  • Develop marketing campaigns that support physician recruitment, patient referrals, and brand awareness.
  • Build and optimize marketing funnels that move audiences from awareness to action.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness using analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Monitor audience engagement, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
  • Use performance data and audience insights to refine messaging, content, and campaign strategy.
