About The Position

The Marketing Strategy and Analytics Manager will be responsible for owning and managing all paid and organic marketing channels, establishing and tracking KPIs, analyzing performance, and providing actionable insights to improve conversion and efficiency. This role involves building executive-level dashboards, ensuring data accuracy across platforms, optimizing marketing spend, managing supplier partners, and supporting budget planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in various marketing and analytics tools, and a proactive approach to driving results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant marketing, analytics, or strategy experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), Google Business Profile, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Looker Studio.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
  • Professional, proactive, and deadline-driven with a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

  • Google Ads Search and GA4 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all paid and organic marketing channels, including PPC, geofencing, retargeting, SEO, and ILS.
  • Establish and track KPIs tied to leasing performance, occupancy, and revenue impact.
  • Analyze lead sources, campaign performance, and conversion trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Track and report on cost per lead, cost per lease, and overall marketing ROI.
  • Evaluate the full prospect-to-lease journey and identify opportunities to improve conversion and efficiency.
  • Identify performance trends and proactively recommend budget shifts and strategic adjustments.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive insights, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Participate in “focus community” meetings and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Build and maintain clear, executive-level dashboards that translate data into business insights.
  • Evolve reporting from basic metrics to insight-driven, decision-ready analysis.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across CRM, ILS, and marketing platforms.
  • Oversee and optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and manage supplier partner performance, driving accountability and results.
  • Support marketing budget planning aligned to performance data and portfolio goals.
  • Maintain visibility into spend allocation, performance outcomes, and financial efficiency.
