Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this role partners closely with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders while balancing hands‑on analytics with people leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or related analytical roles
  • Advanced experience with Power BI (building and modifying dashboards and reports)
  • Strong ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑technical and executive audiences
  • Experience leading or coordinating others, including indirect or contractor teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a retail, franchised, or multi‑location business
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution and performance measurement
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment
  • Experience partnering with global or cross‑cultural teams

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to track marketing performance across the customer journey.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that inform marketing and business decisions.
  • Partner closely with teams across CRM, Media, Call Center, and Digital Marketing to understand needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Present findings to senior leaders, supporting executive-level discussions and decision making.
  • Lead and coordinate a distributed team of data analysts across LATAM and Europe, ensuring high‑quality and timely outputs.
  • Balance hands‑on analytical work with prioritization, guidance, and delivery oversight for the team.
