We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Marketing Strategist to join our collaborative team and champion the growth of our nationally recognized orthopedic and cardiovascular service lines. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketer to make a tangible impact on patient lives by connecting them with the world-class care we provide. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can bring a fresh perspective, whether from within or outside the healthcare industry, and apply their expertise to our unique high-demand environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and an analytical mindset, using research and data to inform innovative marketing plans. You will be a master of multitasking, incredibly organized, and have exceptional people skills to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders. In this role, you will not only be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, but also for measuring their success and iterating to optimize performance. This includes experience in learning and incorporating new technologies and channels into marketing plans in a constantly evolving workplace. Compelling storytelling through various channels, creating supportive collateral, and strong writing and communication skills for various audiences are also key to success in this role. The position offers a hybrid schedule and travel will be required throughout our hospital locations and network office. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business; or equivalent (4) years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years (or if no degree, a minimum of 7 - 9 years) of marketing experience.
  • Strong grammar skills are non-negotiable.
  • Proven ability to understand business issues.
  • Excellent communicator, well-spoken with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independent self-starter with a sense of urgency and a strong desire to consistently advance organization goals.
  • Strong multiple project management skills with an affinity for consistently producing high-quality work.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for customer service.
  • Experience evaluating and assessing internal/external client and market needs, and transforming them into actionable marketing plans/campaigns.
  • Establish a strong, long-term web presence
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing fundamentals.
  • Good leadership, team player, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with and manage external partners.
  • Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
