About The Position

We’re seeking a strategic, insights-driven Marketing Strategist to elevate our brand, deepen client engagement, and fuel business growth in the competitive wealth management landscape. In this role, you’ll architect marketing initiatives that differentiate our firm, strengthen trust with HNW clients, and drive results across all channels (digital, print, events, and partnerships). In this role, you will make complex financial concepts into compelling narratives to a segmented audience.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing strategy experience, preferably in financial services, wealth management, banking, or professional services.
  • Deep understanding of high-net-worth (HNW) audiences and relationship-driven marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and executing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Exceptional ability to simplify complex financial concepts into clear, client-friendly messaging.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to optimize strategies.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with wealth management products, investment philosophies, and industry trends.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with firm goals and HNW audience needs.
  • Identify opportunities to differentiate our brand in the wealth management space.
  • Support annual marketing planning, budget allocation, and KPI development.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign strategy for client acquisition and client retention.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into clear, actionable marketing messaging.
  • Oversee creative development, content production, and campaign rollout across channels.
  • Craft messaging frameworks that articulate our value proposition, investment philosophy, and client experience.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, field and stakeholders to produce thought leadership campaigns across different businesses and audiences.
  • Track campaign performance, website analytics, and client engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions.
