About The Position

Apprenticely is partnering with LyraConnect to hire a Marketing Strategist Intern in Bentonville, Arkansas, as part of a three-month internship program. This program aims to provide CPG brands and retailers with AI-native marketing intelligence and media activation. The intern will support the GM of Product & Marketing and the CEO, focusing on both client-facing campaign support and internal company marketing efforts. This role offers exposure to client strategy and the development of a marketing intelligence company. The internship is a full-time, hybrid role with the potential to convert to a full-time position.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to transform data and notes into clear, polished narratives.
  • Comfortable working with company AI workflow and tools (Google, Notion, Slack, etc.).
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Genuine interest in AI, marketing technology, or the CPG/retail industry.
  • Comfortable in a small-team, early-stage environment where roles and priorities evolve quickly.
  • Self-starter who is proactive, asks good questions, and can work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Current Arkansas state resident.
  • Ability to pass a standard background check.
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week for the three-month internship.
  • Ability to work full-time in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship.
  • High curiosity and interest in learning new technologies and growing or starting an IT career.
  • Technical aptitude exhibited through projects, experience, or online learning and the ability to communicate what you know.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and help build client campaign proposals, including data pulling, slide drafting, and organizing supporting materials.
  • Support post-campaign reporting by compiling performance data and translating results into client-ready narratives.
  • Help manage timelines and deliverables for multiple concurrent client engagements.
  • Support LyraConnect's brand, content, and PR efforts, which may include event coordination, press opportunities, or campaign materials.
  • Stay informed about client and project status to adapt quickly to shifting needs.
  • Help produce content for LyraConnect's newsletter and social media channels.
  • Draft and package business content, such as industry insights, company milestones, and thought leadership, into publishable formats.
  • Support ad hoc content needs related to executive visibility, such as speaking engagements or industry commentary.
