About The Position

War Horse Gaming Omaha is seeking a creative, organized, and energetic Marketing Specialist to help execute exciting casino promotions, events, and guest experiences. This position plays a key role in bringing our marketing initiatives to life through event coordination, promotional execution, guest engagement, and operational support. Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and guest service skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on business needs.
  • Exceptional guest service and relationship-building skills

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years of casino marketing, promotions, events, hospitality, or related experience.
  • Knowledge of casino marketing programs and player development initiatives.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and casino systems such as CMS, LMS, and EMS.
  • Experience coordinating events, promotions, or community outreach activities.
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Practice, support, and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha.
  • Execute all aspects of casino promotions, special events, prize drawings, entertainment events, VIP experiences, and marketing campaigns.
  • Represent WarHorse Gaming at community events, promotional appearances, and off-property activations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Process promotional cash transactions in accordance with Marketing Operations policies, including tournament buy-ins, re-buys, and promotional rewards.
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio equipment and other event-related technology.
  • Install, transport, set up, and break down promotional materials, displays, banners, and event equipment.
  • Prepare contest rules, waivers, release forms, and promotional documentation for digital, social media, and on-property campaigns.
  • Maintain and oversee promotional prize inventory and prize distribution.
  • Update and manage internal tracking reports and promotional spreadsheets.
  • Communicate event and promotion details to internal departments to ensure successful execution.
  • Attend required meetings, trainings, promotional events, outreach activities, and departmental check-ins.
  • Ensure compliance with all marketing schedules, timelines, and operational requirements.
  • Perform routine kiosk maintenance and cleaning.
  • Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned.
