About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Document Specialist to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for the high-quality conversion of physical records into digital assets, ensuring strict adherence to production schedules, and maintaining 100% accuracy in document indexing and tracking.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
  • Basic computer knowledge and the ability to quickly learn imaging software and high-capacity scanning hardware.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates, and the flexibility to adapt to changing project durations and requirements.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English to ensure safety and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Prep, sort, and scan hard-copy files into high-quality electronic images, ensuring all staples are removed and documents are reassembled and sequenced correctly after scanning.
  • Follow precise production procedures for document quality control and indexing, ensuring that all digital outputs meet Iron Mountain’s rigorous standards.
  • Complete internal documentation and tracking logs to provide real-time updates on project status, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment to optimize workflow.
